Hall Excellence in Medicine Fundraiser, a signature black-tie event supporting scholarships for future African American physicians. Taking place on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at The Staley, this elegant evening will feature music, an appetizer buffet, and celebration—all in service of a greater mission.

2025 CCPA Medical Student Scholarship
The Cook County Physicians’ Association (CCPA) is proud to announce its 2025 Scholarship opportunity for medical students currently enrolled in Illinois medical schools. First through fourth-year students are eligible and encouraged to apply—please note that previous recipients are not eligible.
This scholarship recognizes medical students who have demonstrated leadership, a commitment to social justice, and efforts to advance health equity in the African-American community.
All applications must include the following required documents:

A completed application form

An official statement of financial need from your medical school’s Financial Aid Office

A personal statement (non-PDF) of 500 words or less

A resumé or CV highlighting leadership, community engagement, and health advocacy
